LITTLE FACT: Noodles date back to 2000BC China. Nowadays a noodle has to contain 5.5% egg solids to be considered a noodle. And remember, if ever in Japan or China, it is considered good manners to slurp when eating your noodles.

Pasta, rice and noodles are a main staple for us. We are grateful for our generous pasta donations, but find we do need to top up on rice and noodles through purchasing. These are essential and filling food items.
